Our general philosophy in life is work hard and do a good job and good things will happen, and this week in particular this philosophy has rung true!
The team at Scout Talent are so proud to announce that we are finalists in the much sought after MADRA’s (Marketing And Digital Recruitment Awards). Not just a finalist for one or two different awards, but a total of 4 different categories. This includes: Best Candidate Experience, Best off-line Communications, Best Niche Agency and Best Regional Agency. We will find out towards the end of the year if we have actually won in any of the categories – lots of fingers and toes crossed hey!
We took a slightly different approach to the entry forms and thought more like a comms agency (as we would with our backgrounds!). Simple and factually backed up but with a creative slant so they were interesting to the reader.
We’ve just got to win now! Announced at the end of November so will keep you posted…
