We are really excited to announce that the lovely Nessa Coker joins the Scout team in Marlow. Nessa has recently worked for Thomas International, the worldwide organisation specialising in many different forms of psychometric profiling. Nessa joins as one of our Recruitment consultants but is also taking up the mantle as our HR and Leadership Development expert.
She is in the process of completing her level 3 CIPD qualification as well and is very well versed in talent management, employee engagement and change management. Nessa will specialise in Client side Recruitment and talent management, drawing from her years of Client side experience.
